Collebianco Buffalo Mozzarella - 200g

Our Buffalo Mozzarella is made in Italy by the Collebiano family. Their dairy sources milk from buffalo farms on the Sele Plains of Campania to create a gloriously rich and creamy cheese. It melts beautifully on pizza, but is equally delicious served with ripe tomatoes, a splash of olive oil and a dash of aged balsamic vinegar.
